A great turn out of the arts community landed up at Stormont today. Everyone reaffirmed what we all know - that the arts matter and are not valued by our policy makers. It was heartening on one hand to speak directly to MLAs on the Communities Committee and to hear that the all party group, chaired by Sian Mulholland, wants to become a platform to address our concerns.
